These terms and conditions (this "Agreement") govern the Fodi Membership Program. Purchase or use of any membership in the Fodi Membership Program ("Membership") at any time subjects the purchaser or user ("you," "your," "yours," "Member") to the provisions of this Agreement, as amended from time to time.
1. BENEFITS.
The Fodi Membership Program entitles Members to the following benefits:
Fodiclassic Member will be entitled FREE monthly predictions everymonth while Fodiweekly member will be entitled weekly predictions.
We will not guarrantee the accuracy of our predictions.
2. MEMBERSHIP FEE.
The Fodiweekly Membership fees for 12 months are rated as below: RM138 while 6 months is RM88.

3. CANCELLATION; TERMINATION.
You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. If you cancel your Membership, you will only be entitled to a 70% refund of your Membership fee if you cancel during the first seven (7) days of your initial or renewal Membership term. No refunds will be available after such seven (7) days period.
*** Only valid for any successful payment transaction.
We may terminate your Membership, including any associated accounts, without notice, for any reason in our sole discretion, including without limitation our belief that continued use of such Membership would violate any provisions of this Agreement, or otherwise be harmful to our interests. In the event of any such termination, we will not be refund your Membership fee.
4. Publishment
We will publish fodiweekly prediction for member viewing at 10.00pm as following:
1) (Wednesday draw or Tuesday Special draw) at 10.00pm, Monday
2) (Saturday draw) at 10.00pm, Thursday
3) (Sunday draw) at 10.00pm, Saturday
4) (Wednesday draw if Tuesday got Special draw) at 10.00pm, Tuesday
